During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was really surprised by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were really good too make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I particularly appreciated their excellent English skills, made communication easy. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located near buses, Sube, and popular attractions such as the Recoleta Cemetery. Being able to easily explore the city and visit iconic sights was a huge advantage. the hotel provided a coffee machine and a water fountain with hot and cold water, a nice touch.
One aspect that could have been improved was the size of the rooms. They were on the smaller side, but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience.

Located in a peaceful district and near the subway station, this hotel provides a good value for the money. You can easily explore the surrounding area and even reach the domestic airport. Rooms may be a bit small, but they are functional and spotless. Staff is welcoming and pleasant. It could be a bit disappointing not to find breakfast options, but several coffee shops and restaurants are available nearby.
Some guests reported issues with poor wifi connection, but it didn't spoil their overall experience.

This hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable rooms and basic amenities. The staff are very helpful and the location is perfect, close to the airport and within walking distance of many tourist spots. The rooms have comfortable beds, large TVs, and some even have balconies facing the front. What's more, breakfast is included in the price.
Nothing to fault, everything was just perfect.

Perfect location to discover the city, close to the Metro and buses. Comfy and clean rooms with great staff, like Gabriela who speaks English fluently. I recommend this hotel for its location and convenience.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel's location is perfect as it is close to Palermo parks and main attractions. This city is wonderful and staying in this neighborhood just made my trip even better. the room was veryvery comfy and tidy, with excellent shower water pressure.
